Our establishment is currently open and functional to welcome you in all security whether for your professional stays or for your private stays!

For your safety and also that of our employees, we are committed to respecting specific health protocol, to respect all the directives and recommendations the public authorities needed to fight together against the Covid-19 epidemic, we do everything to ensure your safety while offering you a stay pleasant, and comfortable in all serenity.

Before specifying the measures adopted, your attention is drawn to the effects that our hotel and tourist complex “Atlantic Palace Hotel” has a distinguished design, With its large spaces with a Hall over 1,500 m², several restoration rooms and very spacious bars with a large garden area and swimming pool of 7000 m² of surface with arrangement and distancing of tables and chairs, and our rooms are very large with large balcony per room, and all rooms without rugs and carpets and we do not have the risk of central air conditioning because we have individual split air conditioning in each room and the whole hotel is airy and sunny. Our Hotel is a great leader in the country in terms of health security and its great and successful experience, with its highly qualified and experienced staff who ensures the smooth running of the hotel by respecting these adopted sanitary measures by general management.

Each member of our team must:

Each customer agrees to:

  • Avoid touching the reception desk and common areas of the hotel.
  • Regularly disinfect your hands with soap and water or with gel hydro-alcoholic
  • For the elevator: we limit 02 people in the elevator only with respect
    social distancing with indoor hand sanitizer station and the exterior of the elevator and the presence of a person in front of the elevators who is watching compliance with these measures.

For catering (Restaurants and Bars):

For our catering service (Restaurants and Bars) we draw your attention that we have several large rooms, several large terraces and very large gardens which are all furnished with tables and chairs that exaggeratedly respect distancing, our catering service continuously disinfects floors, windows, walls etc … Our waiters disinfect before the customer sits at the table, tablecloths, chairs and cutlery are already disinfected and customers should put the gel in hand and wear their masks before returning to the restaurant. And of course the tablecloth is changed after each use. Both in the kitchen the sanitary measures are very strict in terms of personnel and working procedures.

– For lunch and dinner:

  • Clean linen is available on request from the hotel staff
  • Additional hospitality products are also available on request
    with the hotel staff.
  • The room service cleans and disinfects the floors and the toilets of the rooms by
    bleach and furniture are disinfected by dettol and specious products… etc.
  • The corridors and the common parts of the floors are disinfected in a way
    continued.
